Her background includes eight years in the Baltimore City Department of Audits, specializing in fraud investigations. This experience built a strong foundation in data analysis, precision, and identifying discrepancies - skills that now ensure financial records are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Rena also played a key role in building her husband’s outpatient therapy practice, gaining direct insight into the financial and operational realities of small healthcare businesses. This includes cash flow challenges, payment workflows, and working alongside medical billing teams.
